Teaching Experience

I have two years of working experience as the director of a primary school learning center under the American foundation program.This course is designed to develop students' ability to learn independently.My main responsibilities are to supervise or monitor the learning needs of students, to help them set manageable learning goals, to control the classroom, to provide instructional materials and activities, to provide classroom lectures, to supervise exams, and even to design physical activities.In addition, I teach world literature as part of the curriculum.In these classes, I assigned reading and analysis to discuss the most famous literature.I teach music with guitar and violin in the summer vacation.In addition, I have been an ESL (English as a second language) tutor for three years in a Chinese and Korean company.I have received intensive training in dynamic virtual tutoring specifically designed for non-native speakers.I have received special training to meet the needs of students at the junior, intermediate and advanced levels to use a variety of courses appropriate to their level and pace of learning.I consider myself an experienced ESL tutor and mentor because of my knowledge and experience in field education.I hope to see you in our class soon.
