Teaching Experience

Since 2007, I have been teaching English online for adults and children.I have been dealing with different levels of junior and adult students, from the junior level to the advanced level.Manage adult toeic, toefl, OPIC, ielts and other courses, as well as group classes for junior high school students.I also became the company's training manager, coaching mentors to improve their teaching strategies and communication skills.Learning English is challenging, but I always think it should be interesting and exciting.As a teacher, I always meet different types of learners - enthusiastic, focused, determined, but others are sometimes tired, unmotivated and distracted.However, I see each of these states as consistent with the teaching strategy.In my class, I build a harmonious relationship, I can be a teacher and a friend at the same time.Teaching is more than a job, it is a passion and love!
